We researched the base business and technical architectures. Then we modified the system for functional scaling and optimization. We created a new architecture based on the customer’s business flow.
The previous app version didn’t have several useful functions. We discussed the needs for business automation and process simplification. Now all users can check the information about each step of the process of the work-flow (push-notifications, auto-generation of invoices for payment, sending emails (certificates of completion), etc.)
For the convenience of users, we integrated the ability to work directly with local bank for all non-cash payments between customers and providers.
Clients and suppliers can follow the location of special equipment on the map. It is also useful for tracking all activities and time delivery.
The admin panel is designed to manage everything in the app, including orders tracking and users management in the system, as well as VIP clients and suppliers, setup notifications and reminders.
The back office was created to optimize the work of managers of large companies and VIP users. The functionality of the back-office is in line with the capabilities of the applications. In the back office users can manage orders (create and change some parameters) and add transport.
Finally, the client got a useful effective mobile application that is expected to be the pocket app of every client and supplier in the construction industry, with easy monetization and an accounting system.
